Action Steps to Evaluate Your Year

Take a close look at your performance from January through November. Ask yourself:

  • Of those, how many turned into quotes?
  • How many did you close?
  • What was your average sale for this period?

  • How consistent were your outreach actions?
  • How many projects did you take on, and what were the outcomes?
    Understanding your outreach will reveal where your efforts were most effective and where you can improve.

3️⃣ Analyze the Patterns
Dive into the data and be blazingly honest. Look for patterns in your performance.

  • Are there specific months or types of customers where you excelled?
  • Were there times when you struggled to close opportunities?

4️⃣ Get a Second Opinion
Sometimes a fresh set of eyes can provide valuable insights. Share your findings with a trusted colleague or manager to gain a different perspective on your performance.

5️⃣ Align Performance Against Goals
Compare your actual results to your goals for the year. Were you on track? Where did you fall short? Where did you overachieve? This comparison will guide your planning for the year ahead.
